SHIPPING

YES, we ship INTERNATIONALLY for a flat rate of AUD$30 (usually between 5 – 10 business days depending on location). 

YES, we ship EXPRESS! Why wait for your order? All our packages are sent via Express via Australia post (1-3 days depending on your zone).

FREE SHIPPING for Australian orders over AUD$200

Otherwise a flat express shipping rate of AUD$9.95

Universal Gift Cards are financial instruments, which are provided as a free service. Therefore MOJOCO does not consider Gift Cards as goods and they do not contribute towards the calculation of free shipping within Australia.

All orders received before 1pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on a business day are sent that day. Express Post Service guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network which covers over 80% of Australian addresses so refer to the following to confirm timing to your postcode: www.auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html

Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

Shipping rates may on occasion vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of Mojoco. Mojoco reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:

– Shipping rates charged to any destination;
– Delivery method;
– Carrier or shipping provider.

DISCREETLY CONFIDENTIAL

Your secret is safe with us! There are two layers of comfort in our discretion. We wrap your package in our own plan wrapping paper with a ribbon and then we place it in a standard Australia post parcel. There is no mention of the company on the parcel. We have strict confidentiality agreements with our staff that even if their best friend orders from us they are not to discuss it with anyone unless of course it was brought up by the customer.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Mojoco, as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy below for more information.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to the intimate nature of many of our products health and safety regulations exempt their return. This includes:

– Adult Toys (all of our toys have at least a 1 year warranty)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

What if your product is faulty?

We work hard to provide the finest quality in our products but should an issue ever arise please email us at customerservice@mojoco.com.au or phone us on (07) 5533 8355 and we will do our best to solve the problem.

RETURNS SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 233, West Burleigh 4228.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Mojoco will pay for your shipping costs if the product is faulty but not if you change your mind.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of our refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of processing. SALE ITEMS Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
